I have been training Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan since 1998 when I joined the London Academy. I was looking for something to address various sporting injuries that I had picked up and found the form, chi kung and push hands particularly good for this. In 2004, I joined Wu's Tai Chi Chuan Academy in Archway, North London, where I am currently training. I have benefited greatly from the teaching of Grand Master Eddie Wu Kwong Yu and from working with other Wu style teachers and practitioners. I have a degree in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford. I worked for six years as an advice worker in the National Health Service. In 1998, I trained as a Science teacher and am currently teaching at a secondary school in central London.
