Growing up in Hong Kong, I had developed strong interest in martial arts since childhood. During my younger days, I learnt different martial arts such as Taekwondo and Karate. In was by sheer coincidence that I came across Wu Style Taiji during my work assignment in China around 20 years ago. Since then, I found that Wu Style Tai chi created benefits to our health, mind and physical capabilities after in-depth learning and practises. With a passion to continue promoting the art to others, I pursued the path of a certified coach as I hope to share my lessons with others. |
