As I have learned more about life and how best to live it, Daoism resonated with me and this in turn led me to look at Tai Chi Chuan. Initially I joined a Wudang class in 2009. There I learned the long form (108 moves) both in square and round forms, as well as push hands and a variety of Chi Gong exercises. I was intrigued by a course offering to develop skills in Tai Chi teaching. The idea of teaching and spreading the benefits of Tai Chi Chuan appealed to me. This led me to Wu Style and to my Sifu, Dr. Mark Langweiller. Since January 2013 I have been learning and refining the 54 form. Within the class I am developing an understanding of push hands, Chi Gong, Chin Na and Song Breathing. For any information on class schedules please contact Dr.Mark Langweiler at 07532 483160 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
